NOKU™ SKINCARE – RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

(For Noku.co.za, Nokuskin.com, and Amazon USA orders)

At Noku™, we are committed to delivering high-quality skincare made with exceptional, carefully selected ingredients. Our mission has always been — and will always be — to prioritise your skin health every day of the year.


1. RETURN OR REPLACEMENT FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We take great care in packaging and shipping all Noku™ products.
If, for any reason, the item you received is damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

Once our team verifies the issue, we will offer a hassle-free replacement or return.

2. RETURNS & REFUNDS (Non-Damaged Products)

Because every skin type is unique and results may vary from person to person, we unfortunately do not offer refunds for change of mind, personal preference, or individual skin reaction.

We encourage customers to review our full ingredient list and patch-test the product before use.


3. USA CUSTOMERS – AMAZON FBA RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If you purchased Noku™ products through Amazon.com, your order is covered by Amazon’s official FBA Return Policy, which includes:

30-Day Amazon Return Guarantee

Amazon accepts returns for most unopened or lightly used skincare products within 30 days of delivery.

Return requests must be made directly through Amazon

Customers can request a refund by going to:
Your Orders → Return or Replace Items

Refunds are processed by Amazon

Refunds will be issued by Amazon, not Noku™, and will follow Amazon’s timelines.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, Amazon will handle the return and replacement through their FBA system.

No return shipping cost for most FBA orders

Amazon typically covers return shipping for eligible items.

Important:

Noku™ cannot directly process refunds for Amazon USA orders.
All Amazon orders must follow Amazon’s official returns policy, which may differ from Noku’s website policies.


4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside SA & USA)

International orders placed through nokuskin.com follow the same Noku™ return rules:

  • Damaged items: eligible for replacement

  • Change of mind / dissatisfaction: not eligible for refund

We ask that customers contact us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items.
